Meet our founder
Marsha Akins-Jordan, M.Ed., M.S.Ed.
Marsha is a teacher, speaker, and community leader. She has spent decades working in education and leadership.
She started Belmont Learning Academy because she believes learning and faith can change lives. Her work helps children read and write well. It also helps women, youth, and families find hope and healing.
Her mission is to help people know their worth, find their voice, and walk in their purpose.

Three days of strong speakers and honest talk. We help women understand hurt and take steps to heal.
Our 2026 conference was June 11 to 13 at Garden Oaks Community Center in Oklahoma City. The program featured eight speakers from Oklahoma and Nevada.
